Eligibility 

• The fish be taken with a bow and arrow.
• All fish must be taken in North Carolina.
• The fish must be weighed on a certified scale.
• You must have a witness to attest to the fact that you legally shot the fish and that the weight recorded is accurate.
• A picture of you with the fish and a picture of the fish on the scale including the weight. 
• All fish weighed in at the Tarheel Fish Stickers tournaments automatically qualify for the records.
